Vinyl and LVT flooring in Pontefract

Practical, good-looking floors for the rooms that get wet, muddy or just very busy.

Why choose vinyl

The hard-working floor

Kitchens, bathrooms, utility rooms and back doors all have one thing in common: water and dirt. Vinyl and LVT handle both, are easy to wipe clean and feel warmer underfoot than ceramic tiles.

Sheet vinyl is laid in one or two pieces, with few seams, and is a cost-effective choice. LVT comes as individual planks or tiles that look like wood, stone or ceramic, and can be laid in patterns.

Vinyl and LVT explained

Can a damaged LVT tile be repaired?

Yes. A single LVT tile or plank can be replaced, and the repair is virtually undetectable. With sheet vinyl, repairs mean cutting out and replacing a section, which adds a seam.

Is LVT tougher than real wood?

In everyday use, yes. LVT doesn't dent or scratch as easily as wood flooring, and most of it is waterproof.

Will vinyl look cheap?

Modern vinyl and LVT come in convincing wood, stone and tile designs. Seeing the samples in your own room is the best way to judge.

Can vinyl be included in a carpet deal?

Yes. Our Silver, Gold and Platinum full house deals cover carpets and vinyls.
